Teknic expands availability of brushless servo motors

Teknic (Rochester, N.Y.) announced today that its Hudson brushless servo motors, previously available only to OEM companies, are now available online.

Hudson brushless servo motors have powered automated equipment in a variety of markets including medical, AOI, and CNC equipment for the past decade, according to Teknic.

The motors are designed, built and tested in the U.S. with non-proprietary, open-standard communication design and high power density. All Hudson servo motors are UL, ULc and CE rated for use at 24VDC through 340 VDC. They are also RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Mineral compliant, the company said.
